1. Huge indoor arena which includes fantastic Premier Equestrian footing, LED lights, and mirrors

2. A full-size outside dressage court

3. Two round pens (one is covered)

4. A six-horse therapeutic equine exerciser

5. A variety of stabling options

   1. 12 x 12 box stalls with 12 x14 paddocks

   2. 12 x 12 box stalls with 20 x 40 turnouts

   3. 12 x 24 box stalls

6. Attractive bathroom and changing facilities

7. 4 Barns, each with its own hot/cold wash rack

8. Full lighting available for night time (barns, indoor arena)

9. Viewing stands

10. Many turnout options including irrigated grass paddocks

11. Horses fed three times a day

12. Stalls are cleaned daily. 

13. Overnight trailering welcome

14. Trailer parking available
